Thanks! Apparently in UDB LUW (Linux/Unix/Windows), the date format is a system-wide setting, and is not controlled at the session level. The database is DB2. It worked initially well. The problem is with simple stored procedure call only. Local fix When calling the stored procedure, ensure it is explicitly qualified with the schema name.
