Works fine apart from that. However, the xine-vdpau in the PPA is linked to the 190 driver so that issue is resolved. Did you disable the loading of Ubuntu provided NVIDIA drivers using DISABLED_MODULES="nvnvidia_new" in /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common ?
