I wonder whether Bart PE bootdisk with ATI plugin would enable the use of wirelss keyboard and mosue or not. This problem is solved by limiting the number of plugins for BartPE in the PE Builder. Try to get them update going to a drivers website.First see, it seem you put them into the right directories.I'm using XP Pro & the drivers were downloaded as a plug-in Files/folders backups are now working. weblink
